Seed to Salve:   An Introduction to Herbal Living. Experience the essence of herbs during a weekend at Oz Farm on the Mendocino coast. Throughout the weekend we will spend time wildcrafting local herbs, propagating plants, harvesting seeds and cultivated herbs, and making medicine. This is an opportunity to participate in the world of herbs through the lens of farmer, wildcrafter and herbalist.

Oz Farm is hidden in a quiet, private valley on one of the most pristine stretches of the scenic Mendocino coast, 130 miles north of San Francisco. Bordered with redwood forest, and with the Garcia River running through its 240 acres, Oz Farm is blessed with tranquility, fresh air and clean water. Cost for the weekend is $375 ($400 after August 12) and includes shared lodging in one of the cabins, organic farm-fresh meals and classes. Limited space is also available for "day-only" participants. Day rate is $225 and includes classes, lunch and dinner (no lodging or breakfast meals). To register complete the registration form and mail along with a deposit check.
